CED Solutions Refund Policy
Technical Classes: Cancellations may be made anytime before the class or classes may be rescheduled at any time without penalty. Also unlike other training companies, like HOTT, you may cancel the class at anytime during the course and receive a percentage back based upon what percent of the class you have taken. For Example, at HOTT, you can only cancel on the first day, and then you are stuck.
Application Classes: The student may cancel or reschedule the class more than 3 business days prior to the class with no penalty. Cancellations within the 3 days will be assessed a 50% penalty. Failure to show for the class on the day of the class will result in a full loss of the payment of the class.
Dedicated Classes: Classes may be cancelled up to 14 business days prior to the class with no penalty. Cancellations within the 14 days will be assessed a 50% penalty.
CED Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time due to operational needs. Should a class be cancelled or rescheduled, the student may ask for and be granted a full refund for the price of the class. CED Solutions reserves the right to remove a student from any course or courses at any time for any reason.
All classes may be retaken without charge, providing the student brings back the course materials, and the same version of the course is still being taught.
There are no entrance requirements for training with CED, except for age. Any student under the age of 18 must have a guardian/parent that is traveling and staying with them to attend our programs.
